Jenn has been working in Operations, in some form, since 2005 with positions in Operation Management, Productivity Training and International call center operations. Jenn did have a couple of side trips out of the Operations world to play three seasons as a defensive tackle on a women's professional football team, and has spent time traveling the world on humanitarian missions with AmeriCorps.
